Things are really coming together now at Franklin Studios. Over the last few months we added another hand painted canvas backdrop to our shooting bays, and beautiful little coffee bar in the lobby. I’m not sure if the photography studio will ever be officially “done” but all of the details are coming together.
Aside from the work we have done on the studio in Scottsdale, we have been busy in the studio with photo shoots as well. Old Hollywood Sessions, inishing up 2018 Senior portrait sessions, a few women’s beauty sessions, a kids couture session, all AMAZING fun!
One very rewarding thing we have been working on is the addition to our website of Pet Photography. Back in January I lost a beloved pet, our Rottweiler of 13 years. I looked through all of the photos I had of her to show my son, and was disappointed I had not taken the time to get her into the photography studio and photograph her in a portrait. All I had were cell phone pictures and old low resolution images. Because of this I made it a point to bring my other pets into the studio and have some real professional photos done to celebrate and document them.
The idea took off from there. After seeing my images of my dog, a lot of friends were interested in having Pet Portraits or “Pawtraits” (as we like to call them around here) taken. This led to an overwhelming response from people on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. From there things really exploded. I set up a new Facebook page just for pet portraiture and added a new section to my website for pet photography.
I hope you enjoy these sweet fur babies images as much as I do. If you would like to see more
